As Keeping a Nice Posture… you look slimmer and more grace.
Your dresses fit on you better.
You become more chic.
Your body can be used to custom of the nice posture which is healthier and looks nice.
After you have been used to custom of the right posture, you mustn’t feel in other elses of postures. You must feel ache on your back and neck and you must re-pose the right posture in urgent.
The point of keeping the nice posture is to deal with the health and naturally beside the artistic and the grace.
To have the nice posture… While trying the technics of haing the nice posture, if you have the opportunity, take a mirror next to you. If you can imagine how you look in any pose; you needn’t the mirror.
Now, please stand-up.
1- Consider that you have been pulled up by the top of your head. Stand with a flexible spine but straight.
2- Turn a round of your shoulders from front through back and down. And keep your shoulders back and down. (never pull your shoulders up to the ears!)
3- See your neck at the mirror. And your chin is parallel to the floor or a little up. (don’t take your chin down!) Don’t hide your neck between your shoulders
4- Keep your stomach inside a little; don’t leave it free! :)
Keep your back straight and stil see your neck and the shoulders down.
While your stomach inside, you must feel comfortable. You must be able to move, walk, dance, talk, smile, even a little eat…
5-Now, smile.
6- While talking, you must look everyone in your meeting equally. Don’t stare to only one in a group.
7-You can keep your small bag in a hand or hang your bag on your arm curling.
8- Cross your knees or keep them straight and side by side.
9- You can take a drink with the other hand or; you can gesture by the other hand while talking but always keep your hands under your face level.
Note for Joints: To keep the joints in health; never do tented by your knees and elbows, so straight. While even looking straight, keep a flexibility about 3-5mm. (Measure and see if you don’t have an idea about the metric system or milimetre)
This flexibility distance for the joints’ health and can’t be noticed by the others.)

Walk Nice and Attractive…
Your nice posture must be a part of your body.
You mustn’t go able back to your former antipathic posture that’s the stomach outside and free, the shoulders up and hide your beautiful neck and your back out.
When you find yourself accidentally in this pose; you must feel uncomfortable and come back your Nice Posture. :)
The nice posture is also the most healthier posture for your body.
You can also keep your Nice Posture while walking…
Walk Nice…
It doesn’t matter if your steps are quick or slow.
– Step straight, forward, in balance, flexible, in a rythm and cool.
- If you don’t feel comfortable in stilettos, don’t wear.
While looking nice, the point is to feel and make felt comfortable and grace.
You can’t look nice with only one :)
Wear your comfortable shoes and walk on a line by toe and heel turn.
– Now, pour your self-confidence! ;)
NEVER!!! While walking, never smoke and never chew gum!
A woman who smokes or chews gum can never be elegant; even never be considered like elegant!
You can eat a sandwich, donut; drink a coffe if you don’t spilt :)
But smoke and chew??? Never!
You can keep your nice walk in everywhere; at the mall, shopping, jogging, cooking, trying to catch the cab or bus or your class on time…
Sit Nice…
- Come just next the chair or armchair. Don’t throw your body into the armchair, even if you’re tired.
– If someone is waiting to help for your chair; wait him push the chair a little.
–While sitting cross your ankles or cross over and over your knees and sit like a pillar.
– While standing up, keep your posture, don’t pres your hands on your thighs. You can take a support off the chair.
-Smile… :)

To be elegant, you must have virtues in anyway.
When you change only your posture with a nice walk, slim body, nice talk and speech-voice; you may be considered elegant for a while; not so long.
Nevertheless, you can always be improvable and continue to complete yourself at all.
The women who you know their names, never stop.
They work on the meetings, charities, cultural and art events… That’s true.
And all those activities bring the dinners, nice clothes, meeting to the new and attractive people…
But first, you must be able the woman of those activities.
